Self Defence Training for Girls

Program Objective

In view of stopping all evils in society and preventing crime against women, Youth Base Development Society has started a dedicated initiative to provide free self-defence training to girls aged 12 years and above.

This initiative is conducted with the support of Delhi Police, where girls receive practical safety training directly from trained police personnel.

Participants are also awarded certificates issued with police support after successful completion of the program.

Training Scope & Safety Modules

The training includes self-defence techniques, emergency response skills, awareness drills, physical reflex training, escape methods, and public safety response techniques.

Girls are trained in real-life scenario handling, harassment prevention awareness, confidence building, and immediate protective actions.

The training is organized through schools, colleges, community centers, and awareness camps in collaboration with Delhi Police and local institutions.
