Volunteer Registration Guidelines

Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your volunteer application.

Fill the registration form with correct and complete details for smooth verification.
Upload all required documents in clear and readable format.
Attach your registration fee payment receipt while submitting the application form.
Applications with incomplete information or missing documents may be rejected or delayed.
All applications will be reviewed by the YBDS verification team after successful document verification.
Selected applicants will receive an official confirmation message regarding further volunteer process and onboarding.
Volunteers are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and respectful behaviour during all YBDS activities and events.

Important Note: Submission of the application form does not guarantee final approval. Volunteer selection will be completed only after successful verification and review.
